Frequency Lists

Frequency hunting can be achieved many ways including using a scanner with Close Call (Uniden) or Signal Stalker (Radio Shack) to find frequencies that are in close range of your location, searching a specific range of frequencies or even searching through a pre-programmed bank of frequencies. The frequency lists on this web page have been pain staking compiled by Matthew since his move to Texas in December 2006. The end result of Matthew's patience and hard work are three nicely compiled lists of his findings and he asks that you do not redistribute or sell these frequency lists without his permission.

The first file on this page is a range search of frequencies that is a VHF/UHF frequency and use a CTCSS/DCS tone. The second file on this page is scan of retail plazas, shopping centers and malls using common LPU frequencies that are found in many commercial two-way radios available on the market. The last file on this page is a complete list of all frequencies that Matthew has confirmed which also includes other information regarding that frequency. In today's age of modern technology with the extensive availability and inexpensiveness of commercial two way radios you may be surprised to find that a retail store or office building near you are using radios in their daily operations. By no means are these lists anywhere near complete if you have any additions, updates or corrections let Matthew know.
